Objectives:

1. Understanding the concept of emotional intelligence and its importance to the hospitality industry.

2. Understanding why emotional intelligence helps to improve attitudes and reduce employee absenteeism.

3. Understanding how to create a culture of emotional intelligence in organisation.

Description: The workshop is divided into two parts. In the first part, we will have two sessions of 40 minutes each, with a five-minute break in between. During these sessions, we will discuss the points mentioned earlier.

The second part of the workshop is dedicated to conducting a Questions and Answers (Q&A) session. We will discuss concrete problems you might encounter at work and explore how you can handle them by utilizing emotional intelligence.
