EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE 5.0
"The capacity to understand one's inner world, see the truth and do what is right."
Every game is composed of two parts, an outer game and an inner game.
Timothy Gallwey, author of the book 'The Inner Game of Tennis' and several other books on developing personal and professional excellence, stated that 'every game is composed of two parts, an outer game and an inner game'. The former is played against opponents on the court, but the latter is a battle within ourselves as we try to overcome self-doubt, self-condemnation and anxiety. We need to give more attention to the relatively neglected skills of the inner game to achieve mastery and satisfaction. This profound realisation applies to many other areas of life, both personal and career-wise.
Emotional Intelligence helps to understand our inner world, emotions, feelings and thoughts, thus helping us to see the truth and do what is right. Moreover, by understanding ourselves, we also gain the ability to understand others. This all helps us to play both our inner and outer game better. It assists us in overcoming all those negative attitudes, beliefs and habits that condition and limit us and thus prevent us from realising our full potential in all domains of life. Hence it might be wise, to keep this aspect in mind while considering our next move.

Hello!
Let us pour ourselves some pure wine and dispense with comforting illusions. Emotional intelligence, as it is commonly discussed today, has reached a conceptual dead end. Its meaning has been fragmented by contradictions, softened by popularization, and obscured by competing dogmas until the term itself risks losing its explanatory power.
Yet few subjects are more deserving of careful reconsideration. We cannot allow such a vital aspect of human development to be surrendered to intellectual decay, fashionable rhetoric, or the vanity of unquestioned assumptions. The path forward demands a return to first principles—a critical examination of the definitions, theories, and beliefs that have shaped our understanding thus far.
The central insight may be simpler than we have imagined:
"It is not about becoming more intelligent regarding emotions; it is about making emotions themselves more intelligent."
For the highest form of emotional intelligence is not merely understanding what we feel, but elevating the quality of feeling itself.

Consider this: you are the result of billions of years of evolution or the creation of a divine power. You are the product of numerous generations of ancestors who lived before you. You are their ultimate achievement and, thus, the most advanced form of life (that we know of) in the entire universe. This topic is often overlooked, but taking the time to think about it can bring you a great deal of self-respect, confidence, and satisfaction. It also comes with a sense of responsibility, primarily to develop the highest possible form of humanity, wisdom, and compassion, both personally and professionally. To achieve this, you need to develop and nurture Emotional Intelligence in its purest form. We offer various resources to help you gain a deeper understanding of human nature and, as a result, better understand yourself, others, and life in general. Our website combines modern science and ancient wisdom to explore the common ground and findings on this topic.
Welcome!
