ABOUT US

To improve people's performance, we need to change or rather adjust their environment, both, external and internal. Developing and cultivating emotional intelligence involves creating conditions that meet personal and organizational needs for excellence. This is, what we focus our research and activities on so you don't have to.

Ever since Alex was a child, he has been fascinated by the reasons behind human thinking and behaviour. He would often ponder why people react differently or see things in diverse ways when faced with similar situations. (Put differently, why do otherwise smart people do unwise things?)

His thirst for knowledge led him down the path of exploration, seeking answers in various fields like psychology, neuroscience, and ancient wisdom. Throughout life, he faced challenges as an extreme athlete and entrepreneur but never abandoned his quest to understand human behaviour.

He left no stone unturned in his search for answers until finally, after years of exploration, he came across the path that could increase personal and professional progress. However, the solution is not effortless and requires individuals to leave their comfort zones and challenge their old mental habits and patterns.

Despite the challenges, Alex believes understanding the answer is worth the effort and likes to share it with anyone who wants to learn. He wrote a book on the topic. He also actively organizes workshops and courses and helps organizations improve their performance by helping staff improve their emotional intelligence, i.e. their ability to understand their inner world, see the truth and do what is right.

He is passionate about helping people understand themselves and others, believing that this is how we, homo sapiens (Latin for "wise man"), the species to which all modern humans belong, will invest more of our brainpower and resources in building society, rather than inhumanely destroying it.

In other words, he believes the next big task for humans is to become humane. Without that, the concept of happiness is nothing but an illusion.

A little more about Alex. (Like anyone cares)

Sport and entrepreneurship were two constants that allowed Alex to explore different parts of the world and learn about diverse cultures. In his early twenties, he served as an instructor in the army. After completing his military service, he founded and managed several manufacturing and marketing companies across different countries. He has worked with some of the world's largest companies in the fields and led a team that received awards for technological innovation and marketing achievements. Alex's myriad experiences have given him extensive technical and business knowledge, as well as insight into human nature and behaviour. Currently, he resides on the beautiful Spanish island of Tenerife, which is part of the Canary Archipelago and not too far from the coast of West Africa. However, Alex is always ready to explore new opportunities and doesn't mind moving to other places if the challenges are meaningful.
